⅓cup regular or all-purpose soy sauce(80 ml)
2teaspoonsworcestershire sauce
1teaspoondijon mustard
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
3clovesgarlicminced
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until well combined.
1/3 cup regular or all-purpose soy sauce, 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Marinate the Pork Chops: Place your pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but for the best flavor, let them marinate for 2 to 4 hours.

Cook the Pork Chops: When ready to cook, remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat or preheat your grill. Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
1-2 tablespoons cooking oil
Rest and Serve: Let the pork chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. This step allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring every bite is tender and juicy.
Notes
Choose the Right Cut: For a juicier pork chop, opt for bone-in chops. They tend to have more flavor and stay moist during cooking. I personally prefer thinner chops with some fat on the edges to make the pork chop really juicy! This recipe also works well with pork belly and pork steaks.Don't Overcrowd the Pan. When cooking on a skillet, give your pork chops some space. Overcrowding can lead to steaming rather than searing.Rest Before Serving: Allowing the meat to rest after cooking is crucial. It helps lock in the juices, making your pork chops tender and flavorful.Pairing Suggestions. Pair these pork chops with this Mediterranean Butter Rice, light side salad, roasted vegetables, or creamy mashed potatoes.
