Notes
Fruits. You can also use other fresh seasonal fruits like mangoes, peaches, pineapples, and plums.Make ahead: Except for the granola, assemble the Greek yogurt parfait in jars with lids and refrigerate overnight for quick grab-and-go breakfasts. Add the granola just before eating so that it will stay crunchy.Customization: Experiment with toppings such as nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, or chia seeds. For jammy fruit layers, gently mash fresh fruit with a tablespoon of sugar or honey, then let it sit for about 10 minutes to release juices. Alternatively, add a few spoonfuls of fruit preserves, such as strawberry jam, between the layers.
