REFRIGERATED:

  • Greek yogurt: 240g (1 cup); vanilla flavor, non-fat or full-fat. Substitute with other flavored yogurts or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.

PANTRY:

  • Granola: 60g (½ cup); your favorite brand or homemade. For a gluten-free option, ensure your granola is certified gluten-free.

  • Honey: 2 tablespoons (30 ml); optional, adjust to taste. Substitute maple syrup or agave nectar as a vegan alternative.

PRODUCE:

  • Mixed berries: 150g (1 cup); strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. Feel free to use fresh seasonal fruits like mangoes or peaches.
    • TIP: Before layering the fruit parfait, cut larger fruits like strawberries, peaches, plums, mangoes, or pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces. Smaller fruits such as blueberries and raspberries can simply be added whole.
Ingredients for making Greek yogurt parfait arranged on a counter: a container of vanilla Greek yogurt, a jar labeled oats honey almond granola, a bottle of honey, and small bowls containing fresh blackberries and raspberries.

How To Make Step-by-Step

A hand placing fresh raspberries and blackberries onto a layer of creamy Greek yogurt in a glass, assembling a parfait.

STEP 1. In a glass or jar, add ½ of the yogurt at the bottom. Sprinkle a layer of granola, followed by a layer of mixed berries. Repeat yogurt, granola, and berries one more time or until your container is filled.

Drizzling honey from a squeeze bottle onto a completed Greek yogurt parfait topped with granola, raspberries, and blackberries, placed on a marble surface.

STEP 2. Drizzle honey or your chosen sweetener over the top layer and serve immediately or refrigerate briefly to chill.

Pro Tips

  • Make ahead: Except for the granola, assemble the Greek yogurt parfait in jars with lids and refrigerate overnight for quick grab-and-go breakfasts. Add the granola just before eating so that it will stay crunchy.
  • Customization: Experiment with toppings such as nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, or chia seeds. For jammy fruit layers, gently mash fresh fruit with a tablespoon of sugar or honey, then let it sit for about 10 minutes to release juices. Alternatively, add a few spoonfuls of fruit preserves, such as strawberry jam, between the layers.
  • Serving size: Adjust ingredient amounts to fit larger or smaller containers as you like.
