These strawberry hazelnut crepe skewers are the ultimate no-bake summer dessert — fun, fast, and full of flavor. Juicy strawberries and soft crepes rolled with hazelnut spread are threaded onto skewers for an easy treat that’s perfect for BBQs, picnics, and parties. They come together in just 20 minutes and are totally customizable with your favorite fruits or spreads. No oven required!
Prep the berries. Wash, hull, and dry the strawberries. Cut larger ones in half — or leave ‘em whole if they’re small and sweet.
4-8 pieces fresh strawberries
Spread & roll. Add a layer of hazelnut spread to each crepe. Don’t go overboard (unless that’s your vibe). Roll up each crepe like a dessert burrito.
¼ cup hazelnut spread, 3-4 pcs crepes
Assemble. Cut each rolled crepe into 1-inch sections — you’ll get little spirals of chocolatey goodness. Alternate strawberries and crepe bites on each skewer. About 3–4 pieces per stick is perfect.
