Hi, I’m Trish — and Bakeologie is my kitchen notebook gone digital.
I’m a pastry school graduate, but these days, my kitchen is all about approachable bakes and real-life dinners. This space started with my favorite kind of recipes: the baked kind — cookies, cakes, breads, anything warm and golden from the oven. But over time, I found myself wanting to share more than just sweets.

After all, I’m more of a savory person than a dessert kind of girl. But I’ve always loved the magic of baking — how something as simple as flour and eggs can turn into something delicious (and maybe even a little pretty).

Now you’ll find a mix of baking-first recipes and oven-friendly comfort food. From weekend baking projects to easy weeknight pasta bakes, Bakeologie is here to make home cooking feel doable and flexible.

You’ll also see the influence of my Filipino roots and Asian pantry — because some of the most comforting meals I know come from the dishes I grew up with.
